The South County League Men's Golf League 

The South County Men's Golf League consists of 10 private country clubs in the South Palm Beach County area. There are two divisions, and our division includes Boca West, Boca Woods, Hunters Run, and Wycliffe. We play every team in our division home and away and every team in the other division home or away, so you get to play a variety of different courses. The season starts at the end of April and extends through the playoffs in September. You not only get to enjoy competitive golf, but you also interact with players from all over the area in a collegial environment.

Matches consist of teams of two competing in better ball format, accommodating a wide range of handicap levels with a maximum index of 28.7. Players will tee off from tees comparable to our #3, #4, or #5 tees based on the player's preference.

The matches are on Wednesday mornings with an 8:30 shotgun start with a light breakfast before and a buffet lunch after play. The fee for away games is $60.

You don’t need to be available every week or commit to a specific number of matches to be on team, but league rules stipulate that you must participate in at least 3 regular season matches to qualify for the playoffs.

A $65 joining fee covers the cost of uniforms.
