The meeting was called to order at 8:32 by Larry Stone.  

 

All Clubs were present except Delaire.  

 

Minutes from the last meeting were accepted.

The Treasurer reported that there was $1961 left in cash in our account after the
expense of $264 for the website software yearly charge.

Jay Levine gave a report of the Standards and Compliance committee and presented a
new concept of a questionnaire or survey to be completed after each match by the
visiting club.  It highlighted expected pre-match communications, quality of breakfast
and lunch, golf facilities, etc.

The tie breaking process for play off qualification was discussed. The first tie breaker
will head to head play. The second tie breaker is a coin flip. The idea of a playoff was
rejected. 

Larry Stone held a workshop to discuss procedural issues that had come up in the first
few weeks of the season.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:15am.

The next meeting is Tuesday, July 10th at Wycliffe (7:30am).
