Minutes of meeting March 31, 2026

Meeting called to order at 8:00 am


Minutes of last meeting approved by members


Roll call: all member clubs present except Boca Woods


Old business:
The new rules for the 2026 season were reviewed by the
members after their approval by the executive committee. The rules
will be sent to all the governors/captains to be distributed to all
players.
- delta of index changed to 8
- members may pay tee box of their choice
- lineup changes must be made by noon Tuesday
- cart path only policy reviewed
-official match is when all matches have completed 9 holes
- discussed forfeiting of matches
- clbs advised to use latest scoresheet found on website
- Presidents day: 3 players and pro from each club
- Discussion re: waiving of rules during matches
- Discussion: subs after Tuesday deadline
- Discussion: rain delays

 

There was a discussion re: timely payments for interclub billing.
Governors should assure the business office has the info needed to
complete the interclub billing


A newsletter will be sent to all members of the summer league.
Clubs not wishing to have their members listed on the email list will
have their email addresses removed.
