South County Summer League

Minutes of Meeting January 11, 2025 at Gleneagles.

Meeting called to order by Alan Rubenstein, president at 8:30 am

The members thanked Gleneagles for hosting this meeting. Joe Dimeno from
Gleneagles was introduced and thanked for his efforts on behalf of the Summer
League.

Attendance was taken and all clubs were present.

Minutes of the last meeting were accepted by unanimous consent.

Treasures report: the league has $1067 in the bank. Clubs are requested to give
treasurer the $150 annual dues for this year.

Old Business:
Review of executive committee meeting:
Add competition betting- discussed and rejected
Visiting team cost- to remain at $60
Breakfast to remain as continental breakfast
Club fees to remain at $150/year
Document with rule changes sent to all governors

 

New Business:
Discussion of rule changes
Three tees will be used this year without specified yardages
League will have two divisions
Discussion of how match points are allotted
Players must play 3 matches to be eligible for playoffs
Players to enter their own scores after each match.

Next meeting will be April 8, 2025 at Wycliffe.

Meeting adjourned at 9:10am.
